World Of Warcraft 5.4 update: Siege of Orgrimmar

Hello Nerds and Nerdettes! Your newest moderator here, Ashley, but I go by pony in most circles. Mainly gaming. Which seems to be a point of interest here. So, I’ll be your local Blizzard Entertainment guru. I’m a WoW gamer girl, so I’m going to get into the meat of why I’m here.

For the World of Warcraft (WoW) players, we have patch 5.4 coming up next week (September 10) . And can I tell you how excited I am, as well as a bunch of my gaming friends. Not only is this the last raid boss of the newest expansion, Mists of Pandaria, but it means so very much to the role playing community that I am apart of within WoW. We get to slay the tyrant of the Horde that is running the faction into the ground and burning all his bridges with his allies, Garrosh Hellscream, son to the first Warchief of the Horde on Azeorth.

I’m starting to geek out, and I’ll rein myself in. The reason this is huge is because the Alliance and the Rebels of the Horde get to come into the main Horde city and kick Garrosh’s ass. I’m totally excited, as I’ve said before. But who will Blizzard put as the newest Warchief? We don’t know yet. This might be answered at the end of the raid once you finally kill Garrosh, or it might be answered later as the Horde falls in on itself. Will this be a chance for the Alliance to capitalize on the Horde once Garrosh is defeated? We don’t know that either. But we are sure to find out. Anyway, that is my WoW news.
