Boxing Training, Entry 2

Well, I trained pretty hard this morning. my knee was still very sore, so I consulted my coach. it told me it was most likely that I strained my MCL, and that while the KT taping method I used was helping a little, the reason it wasn't working as good as it should is cause I was more focused on the knee more than the MCL. So coach showed me a new method that has actually worked pretty well (I can actually walk up and down stairs now)! Kinesiology is a great thing, and has helped keep this body running for awhile, and Coach Jeff has taught me all I know about how to use it. After that I asked if icing it for the resto f the day would be a good idea. He said it was probably a good idea so it can get better, so I didn't go back to train tonight like I normally do.

We did an hours worth a sparring. Coach Jeff even stepped in to throw some punches with me a couple times. He often reminds me why he is the coach when he does that. And training with my sparring partner Matt was fun to, really had to get to moving more than normal, which I managed, even with my knee bothering me like it was, but man it takes a lot of energy sometimes.
