So if you've listened to at least the first podcast, you'd know that I, along with Mr. Cucoon and Mr. Burrito, are HUGE Gurren Lagann fans. And there are SEVERAL spin off manga's that reimagine the character of the series as various other things. In the new spin-off manga, they will be reimagined as baseball players... I don't know how we go from Giant Mech battles to playing baseball, but it's Gurren Lagann, logic has no place here!
It will be called " Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann: Otoko DoahÅ!-hen" or roughly translated "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann: Total Idiot Man!" They're going to start running this new manga the 28th of this month (December for all you weirdo's out there... you know who you are!) in "Monthly Hero's" magazine in japan. So I'm sure come the 28th, the internet will be a buzz with everyone looking for some one to have fan translated the new manga (for those of you who may be unfamiliar, "Manga" essentially is the word for Japanese graphic novels). I'm sure Fan translators will quickly pick this up so the world can once again have their dose of that lovely drug know as Gurren Lagann!
